Job summary

Meta is seeking a Hardware Engineer for AI accelerator power design to own the module power delivery end to end, including DC/DC topology, PDN architecture, and board layout. You will set efficiency targets for high-power ASIC loads and work with ASIC, thermal, and external teams to drive designs from concept to production.

Responsibilities include leading board bring-up and validation of power rails, defining measurement methodologies, and driving design reviews with ODM/CM partners.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent; 8+ years hardware power design experience.
• Experience taking multiple power designs to volume production with end-to-end ownership.
• DC/DC power electronics design, bring-up, and validation expertise.
• Strong power integrity modeling, lab measurement, and iteration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the module power delivery system end to end: DC/DC topology, regulation, and PDN.
• Define power specs and efficiency targets for high-power ASIC loads.
• Lead PCB PDN layout, stack-up, and power-plane optimization.
• Lead board bring-up, validation, and debugging of power rails.
• Collaborate with ASIC, thermal, SI/PI, and external partners.
