Responsibilities

• Generate new loan and deposit business by developing relationships with businesses, industries, developers and consumers.
• Maintain acceptable credit quality and appropriate loan pricing; manage portfolio and expand client relationships.
• Collaborate with referral partners to build a robust pipeline and meet sales goals.
• Ability to address client needs with a consultative approach and deliver favorable loan terms.
