MetLife Investment Management (MIM) seeks an exceptional Director / Senior Relationship Manager to join the Agricultural Investments group. Based in Whippany, NJ, you will originate agricultural loans and service a $400 million portfolio across the Central Regional Office, with responsibilities spanning Illinois and the broader Midwest.

You will leverage strong credit skills, lead client development, and structure large financings for sophisticated borrowers, while upholding MetLife’s standards

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural sectors, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Banking or related field.
• 10+ years relevant experience with negotiating, underwriting, and servicing agricultural debt deals.
• Strong credit and analytical skills, knowledge of lending principles, collateral, and credit.
• Strong leadership and relationship management skills.
• Active network among agricultural investment and lending professionals in the Southern and Eastern Illinois market.
• Real estate valuation knowledge and skills.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Highly professional in all circumstances as a representative of MetLife Investment Management and MetLife Agricultural.
