Job summary

WAKUDA in Las Vegas is seeking an accomplished Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, uphold luxury service standards, and drive financial performance in a high-volume environment.

The AGM will develop a high-performing team, maintain guest satisfaction at the highest level, and partner with culinary and beverage leadership to deliver exceptional experiences for VIP guests and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive restaurant management experience in luxury fine dining or globally recognized venues.
• Previous roles as Assistant General Manager, Restaurant Director, or senior Restaurant Manager.
• Proven success leading large front-of-house teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Financial acumen including P&L, labor, and cost controls; ability to drive profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead luxury hospitality experiences reflecting Wakuda's positioning and guest service philosophy.
• Maintain a visible, proactive presence in the dining room during service.
• Develop and mentor restaurant managers and hourly staff; implement training programs.
• Oversee reservations, seating strategy, table management, and service pacing.
• Collaborate with culinary and beverage leadership to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor KPIs, staffing levels, and operational efficiency; identify improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and brand standards.
