Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive hospitality leadership experience.
• Proven General Manager or senior operational leadership in luxury or upscale dining.
• Strong P&L management with ownership of multi-million-dollar performance.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong financial acumen and operational discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house and operations leadership teams.
• Establish a culture of accountability, professionalism, and excellence.
• Serve as the standard bearer for service philosophy and brand values.
• Drive flawless service execution and guest satisfaction at the Forbes-caliber level.
• Oversee dining room, lounge, bar, and private dining operations.
• Own restaurant P&L performance and drive top-line sales.
