Qualifications

Minimum 5–7 years of progressive restaurant management experience in luxury dining or related environments.
Proven success leading large front-of-house teams in high-volume settings.
Strong understanding of luxury dining standards, guest relationship management, and service excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop restaurant managers, supervisors, and hourly staff; establish performance expectations.
Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure consistent service execution and efficiency.
Manage reservations, seating strategies, table management, service pacing, and dining room utilization.
Monitor KPIs, labor scheduling, budgeting, and financial performance; implement improvements.
Partner with culinary and beverage leadership to optimize guest experiences and profitability.
