The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in Agile leadership, strong experience with Jira and ServiceNow, and outstanding stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading Agile delivery teams.
• Strong facilitation of Scrum, Kanban, or Scrumban ceremonies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives).
• Coordinate delivery across cross-functional teams and manage dependencies and risks.
• Track progress, capacity, risks, issues, and actions; report to leadership.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, PMs, and stakeholders.
• Apply ITIL/ITSM concepts within Agile delivery processes.
