Qualifications

5+ years of experience with technology.
3+ years as a requirements analyst.
Experience leading teams and client engagements.
Experience with Azure DevOps and Jira, and Agile frameworks (Kanban, Scrum, XP, Lean, DevOps, SAFe).
Distilling complex business processes into clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
Identifying customer needs, gathering requirements, analyzing data to determine solutions.
Presenting recommendations to product owners based on findings.
Current-state and target-state analysis and design for software applications.
Secret clearance and a Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee requirements activities for the team.
Develop team goals and monitor progress.
Lead elicitation meetings with clients and stakeholders.
Translate business and system requirements into actionable software requirements, test criteria, and scenarios.
Apply domain expertise to deliver technical solutions aligned with objectives.
Work with general direction to determine and develop approaches to solutions independently.
Contribute to the completion of specific programs and projects.
