As a Senior Agile Business Analyst on our team, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the requirements activities for the team. You will develop team goals and monitor and evaluate team progress. You’ll lead and facilitate requirements elicitation meetings with clients and other stakeholders. You’ll identify client’s business and system requirements and translate or decompose those needs into actionable software requirements, test criteria, and scenarios. You’ll leverage your expertise in domains, stakeholder relationships, and advanced capabilities to achieve goals, and apply expertise in the wide application of technical principles, theories, and concepts in the field. You’ll provide technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems and ensure those solutions are imaginative, thorough, practicable, and consistent with organization objectives. Work under only general direction, and determine and develop approaches to solutions independently. You’ll also contribute to the completion of specific programs and projects.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
