Job summary

Publicis Sapient is seeking a Manager of Program Management to join the PMO supporting large-scale business and technology transformations. This hands-on role emphasizes structure, detailed planning, and coordinating stakeholders to keep actions moving forward.

The Manager will own day-to-day program management, collaborate with senior leadership, client stakeholders, and globally distributed teams to deliver on milestones while maintaining governance and communications.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on project or program management experience.
• Experience managing complex projects or workstreams within larger transformation programs.
• Ability to build and maintain detailed delivery plans.
• Strong organization and follow-through with attention to detail.
• Experience tracking risks, dependencies, decisions, deliverables and actions.
• Excellent client-facing written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation-development capabilities.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day program management of an assigned transformation workstream.
• Build, maintain and actively manage detailed bottom-up project and program plans.
• Track milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, decisions, dependencies and actions.
• Ensure commitments have clear owners and follow up to completion.
• Coordinate activities across internal teams, client stakeholders, third parties and distributed delivery teams.
• Identify program risks and dependencies early and elevate issues appropriately.
• Prepare concise status reporting for program leadership and client stakeholders.
• Support governance meetings, working sessions and executive reviews.
• Create clear, polished PowerPoint presentations for client communications.
• Work across multiple program areas while maintaining visibility into dependencies.
• Help establish and continuously improve PMO processes, tools and practices.
• Support leadership with planning, resource coordination and execution.
