Ethic Tech, LLC is seeking an experienced Agile Program Manager to lead large-scale Federal and DoD programs from Huntsville, AL. You will drive Agile delivery across multiple teams, align objectives with mission requirements, and collaborate with government stakeholders and leadership.

The role requires a Top Secret clearance process, strong Jira expertise, and proven ability to scale Agile practices across complex federal programs.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years of Program Management experience leading Agile teams or managing large professional services contracts.
• At least 3 years of qualifying experience within the last 5 years.
• Experience scaling Agile practices across multiple teams and enterprise-level Agile service delivery.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with government stakeholders.
• Strong background in workforce planning and capacity management.
• Experience with geographically dispersed teams is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise-level Agile programs supporting Federal and DoD customers.
• Direct the execution of multiple concurrent Agile initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Manage program scope, schedule, staffing, risk, and performance objectives.
• Provide strategic oversight of workforce planning, resource allocation, and capacity management.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, execution plans, and performance metrics.
• Administer Jira environments and oversee backlog management, sprint planning, and release tracking.
• Present program status and metrics to executives and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with government customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
