Job summary

Dexian Government Solutions is seeking an Agile Program Manager in Orlando, FL to lead Agile efforts for the CPE ST3 APS opportunity. This role requires substantial experience in program leadership and the ability to manage a dynamic capacity model.

The ideal candidate will interface with government leadership and has a proven track record using Jira for managing workflows and Agile processes. Join us to mentor teams and improve delivery performance in a key government contract.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management experience leading Agile teams.
• At least 3 of the last 5 years must be recent.
• Experience in scaling Agile practices across teams.
• Proven hands-on Jira experience tracking capacity.
• Experience in reallocating personnel based on priority.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall APS contract effort as delivery leader.
• Build and manage an enterprise capacity model.
• Own Agile operating cadence including sprints and retrospectives.
• Provide visibility into sprint metrics and performance.
• Mentor teams on Agile metrics and practices.
