Qualifikationen

• Active DoD SCI clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in product development, or 6+ with a Master’s, or 8+ with a Bachelor’s.
• Experience translating business goals into roadmaps and timelines.
• Mastery of Agile Frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale).
• Proficiency in using Atlassian tools, especially JIRA.
• Strong written and oral communication and leadership abilities.

Aufgaben

• Owns and maintains the Integrated Capability Roadmap.
• Prioritize Features and Capabilities with Project Leads.
• Align roadmaps with Chief Engineer for technical alignment.
• Ensure priorities reflect customer needs and program strategy.
• Communicate with Project Leads to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Break down Capabilities into Features for teams to execute.
• Ensure Features contain Stories and Definition of Done.
• Define Accept Criteria with Project Leads and communicate to POs.
• Present JR items at Gate Reviews with context and purpose.
• Attend weekly customer tag-ups and Joint Working Group meetings.
