Northrop Grumman Space Systems seeks a Chief Product Owner (CPO) to lead multiple software feature teams and implement high-level business goals across a Ground System product line supporting various constellations.

The CPO represents Product Management as the voice of customers, guides feature team POs, and ensures defined acceptance criteria and roadmaps are followed across programs.

Qualifications

• Mastery of Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale).
• Experience translating high-level goals into roadmaps and integrated roadmaps.
• Strong written & oral communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Owns the Integrated Capability Roadmap and prioritizes features and capabilities.
• Collaborates with POs, architects, and project leads to break down capabilities into implementable features.
• Ensures acceptance criteria are defined, testable, and aligned with customer needs.
• Represents product management and communicates roadmap progress at reviews.
• Maintains alignment between customer needs, program strategy, and delivery priorities.
