Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems seeks a Chief Product Owner to lead multiple software teams and align with ground system roadmaps across constellations. You will translate business goals into features, manage priorities with POs, ensure acceptance criteria, and communicate with customers and leadership; DoD TS/SCI clearance required.

Bachelor's degree with extensive experience in systems engineering or software development.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years of relevant experience with BS; 6+ years with MS; 4+ years with PhD.
• Mastery of Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns and maintains the Integrated Capability Roadmap and prioritizes features.
• Collaborates with POs, Architects, and Project Leads to break capabilities into executable features.
• Ensures acceptance criteria are defined, testable, and traceable to the roadmap.
• Communicates roadmap progress and priorities to customers and stakeholders.
• Gate Reviews and weekly customer syncs with the I&T Lead and stakeholders.
