Northrop Grumman Space Systems seeks a Chief Product Owner (CPO) to lead multiple software teams across a Ground System product line and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver capabilities on schedule. The role requires guiding product management, defining roadmaps, and ensuring alignment with customer needs and program strategy.

As CPO you’ll work with POs, Architects, and Leads to decompose capabilities into features, maintain the integrated roadmap, and ensure acceptance criteria and

Qualifications

• Active DoD SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience (BS); 6 years with MS; 4 years with PhD.
• Experience translating high-level goals into roadmaps and integrated roadmaps.
• Proficiency with Jira and Atlassian toolset; strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Owns and maintains the Integrated Capability Roadmap.
• Prioritize features and capabilities with project leads.
• Align capability roadmaps with engineering and customer needs.
• Break down capabilities into executable features with POs and architects.
• Ensure features include stories and clear acceptance criteria; Definition of Done.
