Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Chief Product Owner to lead several software feature teams in delivering capabilities across a ground system product line for multiple constellations. You will own the integrated roadmap and translate customer priorities into executable features.

You will collaborate with POs, architects, and engineers, ensuring Definition of Done criteria, acceptance criteria, and alignment with program strategy, while communicating with stakeholders and customers in

Qualifications

Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of related experience; 10 with Master’s; 8 with PhD.
Experience translating high-level business goals into roadmaps and integrated roadmaps.
Mastery of Agile Frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale).
Proficiency with Atlassian tools, especially JIRA.
Strong written and oral communication skills and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Owns and maintains the Integrated Capability Roadmap.
Work with Project Leads to prioritize Features and Capabilities.
Collaborate with Chief Engineer to ensure roadmaps alignment.
Ensure priorities align with Customer needs and Program strategy.
Engage in communication with Project Leads to ensure customer satisfaction and priorities.
Break down Capabilities into Features with POs, Architects, and Project Leads.
Ensure Features contain stories for Definition of Done.
Define and verify Acceptance Criteria with Project Leads.
