Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to enable high-performing software development teams within the Accenture Flex program. You will coach teams, facilitate ceremonies, and drive continuous improvement across projects in a fast-paced environment.

Role requires 7+ years of experience, deep Scrum expertise, and strong coaching capabilities. Onsite presence up to 4 days per week at client sites in Pennington, NJ or NYC, with travel as required by the client.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of experience in Scrum/Agile environments.
Advanced proficiency in Scrum.
Advanced proficiency in Agile Process Coaching recommended.
Advanced proficiency in Agile Project Management.
Associate's Degree required.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Enable the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies.
Coach and mentor Scrum Teams; remove obstacles and facilitate Agile ceremonies (planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives).
Identify and report progress through metrics; drive continuous improvement and best practices.
Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to align goals and priorities.
Support communication to ensure accountability and high-quality deliverables.
