Qualifications
- 3-4 years of Agile Project Management or Scrum Master experience in a digital/agency setting.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum artifacts and techniques; able to refine backlogs.
- Excellent English communication; ability to work with diverse teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple concurrent scrum teams and projects for global clients.
- Coordinate sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives to maximize velocity.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to groom backlogs and plan releases.
- Facilitate internal and external stakeholder communications and expectations.
- Estimate costs, track progress, and mitigate risks to stay within budget.
- Coach teams on agile practices and drive scrum maturity.
- Remove impediments and foster a productive, collaborative environment.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards at sprint ends.
- Identify process improvements and implement changes effectively.
