Job summary
Chase is seeking an Agility Lead in the Consumer & Community Banking Digital team in Chicago to champion Agile practices and coach teams toward high performance. You will mentor teams, guide transformation plans, and influence stakeholders to deliver high‑quality solutions.
You will leverage experience with Scrum, Kanban, XP, and scaling frameworks while using metrics to drive continuous improvement and cross-team collaboration.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience coaching agile teams and project management.
- Advanced knowledge of product development lifecycle stages and practices.
- Expertise in agile delivery including Scrum, Kanban, XP, and scaling frames.
- Excellent communication to influence stakeholders and lead discussions.
- Strong analytical skills using data to drive improvements.
- Proficiency with Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence.
- Experience coaching 4+ concurrent Agile teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach teams to adopt agile methodologies and continuous improvement.
- Manage stakeholder communications and raise organizational impediments to leadership.
- Develop short-to-mid term transformation plans and prioritize resources.
- Identify trends and contribute to new policies and best practices.
- Guide product development lifecycle with data-driven decisions.
- Enable agile delivery by prioritizing tasks and coordinating resources.
