Job summary

Chase is seeking an Agility Lead in Home Lending to champion Agile practices, mentor teams, and drive transformation across our Home Lending function. Based in Plano, TX, you will partner with product, technology, and business stakeholders to accelerate delivery and improve quality.

This role emphasizes coaching, leadership, and strategic guidance to implement Scrum, Kanban, XP, and scaling frameworks, while using metrics to guide decisions and foster collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience coaching teams on agile methodologies.
• Advanced knowledge of product development lifecycle and agile practices.
• Experience with Scrum, Kanban, XP, and scaling frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach teams to adopt agile methodologies and promote open communication and continuous improvement.
• Manage stakeholders and communicate organizational impediments to leadership.
• Develop operational and transformation plans, prioritize tasks and manage resources using metrics.
• Identify trends and contribute to new policies and best practices within the discipline.
