Chase is hiring an Agility Senior Associate to drive Deposits 2.0 and mentor delivery teams in agile methods. You will facilitate discussions, align teams with the product vision, and help remove impediments to achieve high performance in a complex financial services program.

The role emphasizes coaching, collaboration, and leadership with a focus on Lean and Agile practices to deliver high-quality solutions across multiple teams.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years guiding teams to adopt agile methodologies.
• Understanding multiple product development lifecycle stages.
• Proficient in facilitating group discussions and decisions.
• Experience coaching teams and continuous improvement.
• Experience with scaled Scrum (LeSS, SAFe) is preferred.
