Job summary

CACI International is seeking an IT Transformation Program Manager to lead enterprise-scale modernization and AI initiatives on-site in Washington, DC or National Harbor, MD. You will govern programs, drive capability assessments, establish product management practices, and align delivery with the CIO's strategic goals.

Lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage contractual performance, and build strong government relationships.

Qualifications

BA/BS or equivalent and 15 years in a related field with supervisory or management experience in federal contract program management.
Expertise in PMI based program/project management, SAFe Agile, and hybrid methodologies.
Proficiency with capability assessments, maturity models, and improvement frameworks.
Understanding of AI governance, onboarding, and responsible AI frameworks.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Lead transition and governance for CIO transformation initiatives and AI roadmaps.
Oversee program planning, progress tracking, risk mitigation, and reporting.
Develop and maintain relationships with government stakeholders and contracting officers.
Stand up the Product Manager function within CIO with KPIs and lifecycle processes.
Ensure timely recruitment, training, and supervision of task order staff.
