The role demands 10+ years in fast‑paced Agile environments, TS/SCI with Polygraph, and proven ability to drive metrics, coaching, and standards at program scale.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent experience.
• TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• 10+ years of experience in a fast‑paced Agile development environment.
• 5+ years of experience deploying enterprise‑wide reporting tools and visualizations.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams with ability to plan, organize, and implement strategic initiatives.
• Experience coordinating schedules, workflows, and cross‑team planning.
• Skilled in backlog management and documentation.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe/Kanban).
• Strong risk management, stakeholder communication, and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile/SAFe delivery across the IDIQ and guide teams in adopting Agile practices.
• Coordinate cadence, planning, and execution across teams and program, including quarterly planning and demos.
• Maintain program‑level metrics (velocity, throughput, cycle time, defect trends) and ensure transparent reporting.
• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members in Agile/SAFe principles and practices.
• Ensure alignment of Agile approaches with contract requirements and program governance.
• Collaborate with Solution Architect, tech leads, and PMO to align Agile with technical architecture.
• Own Agile tooling strategy (Jira/Confluence, DevOps) and streamline workflows.
• Support customer engagement, reviews, demos, and status reporting with business relevance.
