Job summary

SFE is hiring a Delivery Lead / Project Manager for a full-time onsite role in Charlotte, NC. You will lead project delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful outcomes within scope, budget, and schedule.

The role requires excellent stakeholder management, analytics, and communication skills, with responsibility for Kick-offs, status reviews, and escalation as needed. This is a hands-on PM position with visibility across business and technology teams.

Qualifications

• Proficient in BAC Project Mgt tools and capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines.
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills; strong budget management.

Responsibilities

• Establishes the target outcomes in partnership with the stakeholders and leaders.
• Coordinates and facilitates program routines: project kick-off, status reviews, stakeholder/steerco meetings, change controls, tollgates.
• Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies across multiple organizations.
• Promotes collaboration across organizations to achieve target outcomes and timelines; facilitates risk/impediment removal.
• Provides status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to outcomes, delivery, risks/issues, and schedule; supports resource planning.
