The Matlen Silver Group, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Lead/PM/PMO in Charlotte, NC for an 18-month W2 contract. The role focuses on Agile delivery, program management, and PMO governance, coordinating across business and technology teams. USC or GC candidates only.

You will plan and oversee large-scale programs, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure alignment with timelines and budgets. Strong Jira skills and communication with senior leaders are essential.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of Project or Program Management experience.
• Strong Agile delivery experience in a Scaled Agile environment.
• Knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Hands-on Jira for tracking, dashboards, and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and dependencies simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee large-scale programs across organizations.
• Define objectives, milestones, and delivery timelines with leadership.
• Manage plans, risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the lifecycle.
• Govern PMO intake, reporting procedures, and governance routines.
• Coordinate kickoffs, reviews, change controls, and tollgates.
• Provide visibility into delivery status and program health.
