Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Leader to coordinate delivery flow across multiple initiatives in Medicare. You will coach teams, remove impediments, and partner with stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

You bring 7+ years in Agile delivery, strong Scrum and Kanban knowledge, and a proven ability to drive transparency, align cross-functional teams, and deliver value in a highly matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Program Delivery, or related roles.
• Familiarity with software development, DevOps, or technical processes to collaborate with developers.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Agile principles, and modern software development practices.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across business and technology organizations.
• Experience identifying and resolving delivery risks, impediments, and cross-team dependencies.
• Strong communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and influencing skills.
• Adept at problem solving and decision-making.
• Adept at collaboration and teamwork.
• Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills.
• Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills.
• Adept at business intelligence and data-driven decision making.
• Experience mentoring teams and acting as a servant leader.
