With 7+ years in delivery management and healthcare claims processing, you will mentor peers, optimize processes with data, and reinforce best practices across workstreams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in delivery management, program management, project management and Agile leadership.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare claims processing, including adjudication and rework operations.
• 2+ years of experience with strong communication and facilitation skills, including executive presentations using PowerPoint.
• 2+ years demonstrating execution and delivery capabilities, focusing on planning, risk mitigation and stakeholder engagement.
• 2+ years of proven success delivering complex projects on time and within scope.
• 2+ years applying strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a growth mindset.
• 2+ years supporting innovation initiatives, emerging technologies, and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise delivery of multiple, highly complex Medicaid initiatives aligned to the program across lines of business.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of Medicaid projects, ensuring on-time, within-scope delivery with measurable results.
• Identify and resolve delivery obstacles and risks, proactively removing barriers to execution.
• Monitor performance metrics and use data to optimize processes and improve productivity.
• Collaborate with business and technology partners to translate goals into actionable plans and deliverables.
• Lead process improvements and root cause analysis to ensure sustainable execution success.
• Provide practice leadership and mentorship to fellow delivery practitioners.
