Cast & Crew Entertainment Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Agile Coach to lead agile maturity across its Engineering org, spanning the US and India. You will partner with engineering triads, squads, tribes, and with leadership to improve flow from idea to production and to scale internal coaching capabilities.

You will drive outcomes over output, focusing on flexible operating models, data-driven improvements, and responsible AI adoption across the software lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 8+ years coaching agile software development teams (Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Delivery Coach, or equivalent).
• Deep working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, lean, and scaled agile practices.

Responsabilités

• Define and evolve Cast & Crew’s ways of working — definitions of ready and done, working agreements, cadences, and an end-to-end delivery value stream from idea to production.
• Run squad maturity and health assessments to target coaching impact.
• Coach multiple squads to plan, deliver, and improve with predictability and confidence.
• Own the agile and flow metrics framework for coached teams.
• Coach and mentor internal agile coaches, Engineering Managers, Anchors, and team leaders.
