Job summary

Rose International is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to operate at program and portfolio levels, guiding product teams through discovery, journey mapping, strategy and value-stream identification. You will lead transformation efforts, prioritize epics and features, and develop mature Agile practices across portfolios and teams.

The role involves creating guidance, playbooks, and coaching content, while driving AI-enabled experimentation and scalable coaching capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience coaching Agile product management and organizational transformation in large financial institutions.
• Exceptional written communication for leadership communications, Agile guidance, playbooks and training materials.
• Direct experience leading scaled-agile execution for financial service technology portfolios (SAFe, LeSS, DAD, Spotify Scrum@Scale or similar).
• Ability to identify value streams at portfolio level and transform waterfall silos into lean-agile value streams.
• Experience establishing portfolio-level workflows, operating models and transformation roadmaps.
• Create playbooks, maturity models and coaching content to support Agile adoption at multiple levels.
• Excellent written communication and published content.
• Flexible, consultative problem-solver with Agile adoption lifecycle expertise.
• Strong interaction with business owners and polished communication skills.
• Excellent mentoring, feedback and conflict management.

Responsibilities

• Help teams, programs and leaders move beyond process adoption to improve organizational effectiveness through Agile and Lean practices.
• Guide senior technology, operations and business-leader stakeholders through cultural and process change.
• Assess program maturity and recommend standardized Agile practices across portfolios and programs.
• Coach Product Owners and Business Analysts on backlog management, discovery and feature/epic work.
• Facilitate Architects and Development Leads to define features and design decisions.
• Set up architectural guardrails enabling decentralized decision making.
• Ensure backlogs, release and sprint planning are effective and aligned.
• Develop Agile guidance, playbooks, and training resources used organization-wide.
• Support AI-enabled Agile coaching capabilities and productivity tools.
• Collaborate to identify AI opportunities to improve coaching, assessments and planning.
