Job summary

LMI is seeking an Agile Coach/Trainer Level IV to strengthen Agile delivery practices and Jira proficiency across Department of Veterans Affairs teams and a geographically distributed workforce. The role blends assessment, coaching, and hands-on instruction; you will lead workshops, coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams, and tailor guidance to observed team needs and contexts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
5+ years in Agile delivery, coaching, training, or transformation.
Credentials such as ICAgile, CSP, CST, SAFe SPC or RTE preferred.
Hands-on Jira Cloud proficiency and Scrum/Agile practices.

Responsibilities

Conduct Agile maturity, Jira proficiency, and team-readiness interviews and workshops.
Deliver instructor-led and virtual training for Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Jira/Confluence users.
Coach teams on backlogs, ceremonies, flow, metrics, and Jira work management.
Adapt coaching to team needs, provide office hours and post-training reinforcement.
Facilitate communities of practice and collect feedback to improve guidance.
Collaborate with instructional designers to align training with assessment results.
