Job summary

LMI is seeking an Agile Coach/Trainer to assess team Agile maturity and readiness through interviews, workshops, and observations while strengthening Jira Cloud proficiency. The ideal candidate will deliver virtual and instructor-led Agile training, coach teams on backlogs, ceremonies, flow, and metrics, and hold credentials such as ICAgile, CSP, CST, or SAFe.

Required: Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of Agile experience, including 3+ years coaching; Jira Cloud proficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of Agile experience, including 3+ years coaching or instruction.
Agile credential (ICAgile, CSP, CST, SAFe) and hands-on Jira Cloud proficiency.
VA or federal health program experience highly desirable.
Experience with Jira Align, Confluence Cloud, and measuring Agile maturity.

Responsibilities

Assess team Agile maturity, Jira proficiency, and readiness through interviews, workshops, and observations.
Deliver virtual and instructor-led Agile training and coach teams on backlogs, ceremonies, flow, and metrics.
