3Core Systems, Inc. in Chicago, IL, is seeking a Principal Agile Coach for Enterprise Product and Portfolio Transformation. This hybrid, 12+ month role drives Agile coaching at scale across large financial programs, shaping leadership communications, playbooks, and maturity models.

Responsibilities include guiding portfolio-level value streams, establishing workflows, and fostering organizational agility. The coach collaborates with product teams, architects, and business owners to deliver

Qualifications

Experience coaching Agile product management and organizational transformation in large financial institutions.
Experience creating leadership communications, Agile guidance, playbooks, training materials or similar content.
Direct experience leading scaled Agile execution for financial service portfolios.

Responsabilités

Coach teams and leaders to move beyond process adoption and improve organizational effectiveness.
Lead at all levels of the organization and guide cultural and process change.
Apply Lean-Agile frameworks to assess maturity and drive consistent practices.
Coach Product Owners and BAs on backlog management and product discovery.
Facilitate architects and leads to define features and architecture guidelines.
Develop Agile enablement content like playbooks, guidance, and training resources.
Support AI-enabled Agile coaching capabilities and tooling adoption.
Collaborate with stakeholders to leverage AI for coaching, planning, and reporting.
