Global Business Ser. 4u is seeking a Sr. Agile Coach in North Chicago for a 6-month assignment with hybrid onsite requirements (3 days in the office).

You will guide large-scale agile transformations, coach leaders and teams, and promote customer value through agile ceremonies, transparency and frequent releases. Extensive coaching experience and a deep understanding of agile methods are essential. You will also help develop organization-wide agile playbooks, support training, and mentor other

Qualifications

• Must have Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent subject.
• Minimum 8+ years of working experience in Agile methodologies.
• Minimum 5+ years of working experience as an Agile coach in Waterfall Driven delivery environments.
• Deep understanding of Agile values and principles.
• In-depth experience systemizing fit-for-purpose agile ceremonies across teams and coaching leaders on agile values, design thinking, customer value, product management, etc.
• Working experience on training individuals and teams in work management tools like Jira and Agile delivery.
• Working knowledge of SCRUM and Kanban.
• Experience driving proven impact within large-scale agile transformations.
• Outstanding interpersonal, problem-solving and communications skills.

Responsabilités

• Nurture agility across waterfall focused Delivery teams and shape transformation at an organizational level.
• Influence the organization by focusing teams on customer value and coach leaders and teams on Agile delivery and transparency.
• Develop proficiency with Agile roles & practices through workshops, coaching, mentoring, and advising across teams.
• Monitor team outcomes and coach on improving performance and agile maturity; create org-wide artifacts (standards, playbooks, best practices).
• Mentor fellow coaches and participate in internal/external forums to build an Agile community of practice.
