Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Solid understanding of the Scrum Framework and agility principles.
• Ability to present, teach, mentor and facilitate at multiple organizational levels.
• Collaborates with team members and prioritizes team success over individuals.
• Build high performing teams using inspect and adapt loops to continuously learn and improve.
• Experience using empirical data to benefit the team and organization.

Responsibilities

• Understand all software lifecycle disciplines: PM, requirements, analysis.
• Design, QA, testing, implementation, deployment, change management.
• Facilitate communication inside and outside the Agile Squad, including Agile Center.
• Work to improve the effectiveness of all Agile Squad roles.
• Shield the Agile Squad from external requests to stay productive.
