Job summary

Agility Partners in Cincinnati is seeking an experienced servant leader to drive Agile adoption and empower teams to deliver value. You will coach squads on Scrum principles, facilitate ceremonies, and partner with Product Owners to optimize backlog and delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in business settings and 3+ years coaching Agile teams, with strong communication and change-management skills to elevate Agile maturity across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional business experience.
• 3+ years of Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Lead Agilist experience.
• Strong understanding of Scrum principles and Agile methodologies.
• Experience coaching, teaching, mentoring, and facilitating teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience driving Agile transformation and organizational change.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach Agile Squads on Scrum principles, Agile values, and best practices.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, team workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
• Identify, remove, and escalating impediments impacting delivery.
• Partner with Product Owners and development teams to improve backlog management and value delivery.
• Promote team collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Help improve Agile maturity across teams and the broader organization.
