Qualifications

• Experience leading and guiding multiple teams of BAs across scrum teams.
• Ability to gather requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience prioritizing and managing product backlogs and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of BAs across multiple scrum teams to build the product backlog and business objectives.
• Own backlog decomposition strategy and ensure consistent implementation across the product backlog.
• Collaborate with customers to align with expectations while maintaining scope control.
• Provide transparency with metrics and dashboards during backlog decomposition.
• Define and enforce Definition of Done and Definition of Ready across teams.
• Own the product backlog for the entire product scope and ensure a healthy backlog ready for sprint planning.
• Guide PI planning and provide timelines, milestones, and sequencing.
• Resolve impediments with BAs and Product Owners and clarify requirements with customers.
• Conduct retrospectives and cross-train staff for continual improvement.
• Identify and mitigate risks and streamline end-to-end processes for quality and customer satisfaction.
