Job summary

Reingold, a full-service marketing and creative firm based in Alexandria, VA, seeks a Lead Agentic Software Engineer to build AI-enabled platforms, CMS, e-commerce, and integrations for government, nonprofit, and commercial clients.

You’ll be a hands-on, senior IC, driving architecture, production-grade AI, and reusable tooling while guiding teams and ensuring robust quality across engagements. This hybrid role requires two on-site days weekly at headquarters.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building and shipping production web apps and platforms.
• Experience with enterprise CMS platforms such as WordPress, Umbraco/.NET, or AEM.
• Strong full‑stack JS, API design, and cloud-native tooling.

Responsibilities

• Architect and ship production web apps and platforms.
• Lead technical direction and code reviews for agentic tooling.
• Ensure automated testing and CI pipelines.
