Job summary

Enterprise Knowledge (EK) is hiring a full-time Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Enterprise Delivery team. You will bridge software engineering with Generative AI, leading end-to-end design, implementation, and deployment for AI-driven solutions.

You will lead projects, mentor engineers, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure systems. Hybrid work near Arlington, VA, with on-site 2 days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, data science, math, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience leading projects or workstreams and mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead development on client projects, setting technical direction and architecture.
• Design, implement, and maintain backend microservices (Python) and frontend interfaces (React/Vue).
• Own design of complex components end-to-end and communicate with tech and non-technical clients.
• Mentor junior/mid developers, conduct code reviews, and grow team capabilities.
• Design and implement secure, scalable solutions per client requirements.
• Lead agentic AI solutions, including RAG workflows and memory/retrieval integration.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines using SQL, Python, and scripting/queries.
• Lead CI/CD and DevOps processes for scalable deployment.
• Integrate AI components with semantic layers and knowledge graphs.
