Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience building and shipping production software.
• Proficient in Python, Go, Rust, TypeScript, Java, or C++.
• Experience designing and building concurrent or distributed systems in production.
• 3+ years deploying and operating cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with containers/CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical design for engagements and defend decisions.
• Review implementation in the identity stack and prototype as needed.
• Set technical direction and review engineers' code.
• Reverse-engineer identity behavior in client environments and design the target state.
• Make build-versus-buy decisions and document rationale for long-term maintenance.
• Prototype against emerging standards and vendor betas; build reference implementations.
• Grow engineers around you through hands-on collaboration.
