Job summary

Accenture is seeking aForward Deployed Engineer for the Agentic Identity Platform. You will lead technical design, review code, and set direction while engaging directly with clients to solve complex identity-related challenges.

Expect to prototype, build reference implementations, and grow the engineering team. Travel may be required as projects demand, with a strong emphasis on architecture and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of professional software development experience
• Experience designing and shipping production software
• Experience leading technical teams and reviews
• Strong debugging and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to review architectures and prototypes critically
• Comfort communicating complex ideas to executives (CISO level)
• Willingness to travel as required

Responsibilities

• Own the technical design for engagements and defend decisions
• Review implementations and prototype in the agentic identity stack
• Set technical direction and review engineers' code
• Reverse-engineer identity systems in client environments
• Make build-versus-buy decisions with documented rationale
• Prototype against emerging standards and vendor betas
• Develop reference implementations and technical content
• Mentor and grow engineers on the team
