Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience building and shipping production software.
• Hands-on technical work within the last 24 months (development, prototyping, code review, or design review).
• Minimum 4 years developing in Python, Go, Rust, TS, Java, or C++.
• Minimum 4 years designing and building concurrent or distributed systems in production.
• Minimum 3 years deploying and operating cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) with containers and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical design for engagements and defend decisions.
• Review implementation in the agentic identity stack and prototype when needed.
• Set technical direction and review engineers' code on engagements.
• Reverse-engineer identity behavior in client environments and design the target state.
• Make build-versus-buy decisions with documented rationale.
