The candidate will design RAG architectures, implement agents with LangChain/LangGraph, and drive AI/MLOps strategy across production pipelines in a remote, permanent capacity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology delivery, with 5+ years leading AI/ML programs at enterprise scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead the agentic AI workstream on enterprise engagements, shaping use cases with customers, designing solutions, and driving implementation with Bedrock AgentCore.
• Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions to automate high-volume business processes.
• Lead technical workshops to identify, prioritize, and scope agentic AI use cases.
• Define and own AI/ML solution roadmaps for end-to-end process automation.
• Design agentic patterns, including ReAct, tool use, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Implement agents using LangChain, LangGraph, Strands Agents, or equivalent on Bedrock AgentCore Runtime.
• Design and implement RAG architectures using Bedrock Knowledge Bases and vector stores.
• Build and operate evaluation pipelines covering correctness, safety, latency, and cost.
• Instrument agents through Bedrock AgentCore Observability.
• Architect end-to-end AI/ML pipelines from data intake to automated decisioning and downstream processing.
• Ensure solutions can scale for enterprise use.
• Oversee model development, training, validation, and deployment.
• Define AI/MLOps strategy, including monitoring, retraining, drift detection, and testing.
