NVIDIA seeks an experienced Software Engineer to build core libraries for Agentic Applications, enabling scalable agent frameworks, tooling, and high-performance workflows across GPU-accelerated systems.

You will work with a community of engineers to push the boundaries of autonomous agents, focusing on reliability, speed, and cross-language API design. The role emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and impactful research in a global team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in Rust, Python, Go, or Node.js, with familiarity in at least one more.
• Strong knowledge of asynchronous programming, callbacks, request lifecycles, and event-driven systems.
• Hands-on experience with evolving agent architectures and multiple agent frameworks.
• Proficiency in LLM applications, agent workflows, tool calls, and model-provider APIs.
• Ability to design or extend cross-language APIs with consistency, usability, stability, and backwards compatibility.
• Systems-level debugging and performance intuition across runtime internals, bindings, and serialization.

Responsibilities

• Track and understand evolving agent development patterns and knowledge across NVIDIA and the ecosystem.
• Develop open-source libraries and tools to accelerate and optimize agent harnesses and frameworks.
• Benchmark latest agents to identify bottlenecks and improve performance and cost.
