Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Applied Math, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years experience in Rust, Python, Go, or Node.js, with familiarity in at least one more.
• Solid understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven systems.
• Hands-on experience with evolving agent architectures and multiple agent frameworks.
• Proficiency in LLM applications, agent workflows, tool calls, and model-provider APIs.
• Ability to design or extend cross-language APIs with stability and usability.

Responsibilities

• Track evolving agent development patterns and maintain knowledge of research and commercial products.
• Develop open-source libraries and tools to accelerate agent harnesses and frameworks for performance and stability.
• Benchmark latest agents to identify bottlenecks and improve performance and latency.
• Collaborate with teams building data pipelines, RAG systems, vector databases, and GPU-accelerated workflows.
• Identify gaps in current agent architectures and translate insights into developer-focused tools.
