You will mentor engineers, drive architecture, and oversee end-to-end delivery in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, hands-on architecture work, and coordination with product management to align requirements and priorities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience, including 3+ in team management.
• Proven track record in designing/deploying modern agent architectures.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Track evolving agent development patterns and maintain knowledge of research and commercial products.
• Lead a team to identify gaps in agent architectures and translate into agentic tools to boost velocity and quality.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering collaboration and inclusion.
• Coordinate end-to-end development lifecycle from ideation to deployment.
