Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in software development and system design.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL with production-grade Agentic AI solutions using LangChain/LlamaIndex.
• Experience building multi-agent systems and integrating APIs for AI services.
• Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and vector databases for AI retrieval.

Responsibilities

• Design and build multi-agent systems for financial platforms.
• Develop RAG architectures with embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval pipelines.
• Implement planning, reasoning, and memory for agent workflows.
• Construct resilient agent architectures with error recovery and self-improvement.
• Integrate LLMs, predictive models, and reasoning frameworks into agent systems.
• Build APIs and microservices connecting AI features to enterprise apps.
• Optimize latency and throughput with caching and streaming.
• Mentor engineers and drive AI strategy within Funds Transfer Pricing and Hedging.
