Citi is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to architect and deliver next‑generation Agentic AI applications at the intersection of full‑stack engineering and LLM integration. Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience and proven leadership.
• Frontend development with React/TypeScript/HTML5/CSS3 for responsive UIs.
• Backend proficiency in Python (FastAPI/Flask) and/or Java (Spring Boot).
• Design and build Agentic AI and LLM‑integrated systems including RAG, embeddings and semantic search.
• Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker and CI/CD platforms (Harness/Jenkins/Tekton).
• Security principles including OAuth2, OIDC, TLS and secrets management.

Responsibilities

• Architect secure, scalable full‑stack apps for Agentic AI workflows.
• Lead hands‑on development across React frontend and Python/Java microservices.
• Design and implement multi‑agent AI workflows with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or Semantic Kernel.
• Integrate apps with Citi's secure LLM gateway and manage models from Azure, Vertex, etc.
• Set technical standards and best practices for full‑stack and AI integration across teams.
• Model data architectures with relational and vector databases for stateful AI ops.
• Lead multiple engineering teams, shaping growth and hiring decisions.
• Evaluate new AI frameworks to evolve the tech stack.
