Job summary

Core AI Consulting Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead the design and delivery of scalable Java/Spring Boot microservices in an enterprise setting.

You will drive adoption of AI agents and AI-augmented development across the SDLC, building low-latency, high-throughput systems with event-driven architecture. Applicants should have 10+ years in software engineering, strong leadership experience, and hands-on proficiency with LangChain, Kafka, REST/gRPC, and modern AI tooling.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with leadership exposure.
• Hands-on Java/Spring Boot and microservices in enterprise settings.
• Experience with AI-Augmented SDLC and Agentic workflows.
• Proficiency with LangChain, LangGraph, and related tools.
• Strong knowledge of REST/gRPC, Kafka, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of scalable Java/Spring Boot services.
• Design, build, test, and maintain AI-assisted full-stack applications.
• Drive adoption of AI agents and agentic workflows across SDLC.
• Establish standards for prompt engineering, observability, security.
• Mentor engineers and lead architecture reviews for distributed systems.
