Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall software development experience with strong enterprise Java background.
• Java 17/21+ with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud experience.
• Enterprise microservices and REST API architecture.
• Kafka/Kafka Streams with event-driven architectures.
• Debezium CDC and real-time data processing experience.
• Kubernetes, Docker, Helm in production deployments.
• KEDA for event-driven Kubernetes autoscaling.
• Istio or Linkerd service mesh experience.
• Argo CD / GitOps for Kubernetes CI/CD.
• React.js + TypeScript/JavaScript for modern full-stack development.
• Generative AI integration into enterprise Java apps using LangChain4j/Spring AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture for enterprise Java applications and microservices.
• Design and implement event-driven data pipelines with Kafka/Kafka Streams.
• Deliver cloud-native solutions on AWS/Azure with Kubernetes and GitOps.
• Incorporate Generative AI and RAG capabilities into enterprise platforms.
• Collaborate on frontend integration using React.js and TypeScript.
• Evaluate and apply MCP integration in enterprise contexts.
• Mentor teams and ensure production-grade CI/CD and security.
